We will:
- Increase childcare access by building 6,000 new spaces
- Prioritize childcare spaces on City land that provide access to nearby greenspace
- Work with the Province to license more childcare providers, especially home-based options so that childcare can be accessible to families in all neighbourhoods
- Embed childcare space in new multi-family rental and strata buildings

Strengthen Communities
We will:
- Transform Hastings Street into a wellness corridor with new Indigenous-focused facilities, support services, and parks
- Build new housing with Hogan's Alley Society
- Pursue UNESCO heritage status with the Chinatown community
- Complete new Qmunity centre with homes and services for the 2SLGBTQ+ community
- Support a new Filipino community centre
- Complete Sunset Seniors Centre by 2026
- Support the proposed expansion of the Jewish Community Centre
- Replace West End Aquatic Centre
- Establish a Friendship City relationship with Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and Cebu City, Philippines
- Accelerate phase two of the City’s Accessibility Strategy

Invest in the Arts
We will:
- Complete the new Vancouver Art Gallery
- Create a new annual Vancouver-centred arts and culture festival
- Build 800,000 square feet of cultural space, including homes for artists
- Support the Eastside Arts District, and protect and grow creative space

Support Local Business
We will:
- Streamline the permitting process for business licences – especially for change of use
- Increase licensing flexibility for home-based businesses in residential neighbourhoods
- Allow bars to remain open until 3am
- Lobby the provincial government for split assessments to reduce property tax pressure on small businesses, arts organizations, and non-profits
- Pilot free parking studies for hard hit commercial zones like Chinatown and Punjabi Market

Promote Tourism
We will:
- Approve the creation of 5,000 new hotel rooms
- Create a new Vancouver tourism strategy with local tourism associations and businesses
- Expand Sport Hosting Vancouver to attract conferences, conventions, and festivals

Empower Neighbourhoods
We will:
- Replace the at-large electoral system with neighbourhood constituencies where all neighbourhoods elect their own city councillor, just as we currently elect representatives at the provincial and federal levels
