We will:

• Expand pre-zoning for rental and social housing
• Modernize public hearings and permitting to be more efficient and inclusive
• Create new specialized project approval teams for large-scale projects
• Reform community amenity contributions and other policies to speed up housing development
• Introduce pre-approval for common building types such as laneway homes
