Support the Vancouver Loop

The Vancouver Loop is an expansion of the SkyTrain system that will circulate transit passengers throughout Vancouver. The Vancouver Loop incorporates the Expo Line, the soon-to-be-completed Broadway Subway, the approved extension to UBC, and a new line in South Vancouver along the 41st and 49th Avenue corridor.

Vancouver Loop

  1. Accelerate expansion of rapid transit along 41st and 49th Avenue in South Vancouver
  2. Connect UBC to southeast Vancouver via Kerrisdale, Oakridge-41st, Langara-49th, and Killarney
  3. Completed line will serve 18 of 23 neighbourhoods across the city
  4. Improve South Vancouver residents’ access to services, education and employment
  5. Eliminate millions of tons of carbon emissions daily and alleviate congestion by replacing car trips with expanded transit capacity and accelerating our push to become a 15-minute city
