- Increase housing opportunities for non-profit groups representing diverse communities
- Design people-first streets that prioritize safety and accessibility for pedestrians, cyclists, people with disabilities and transit users
- Complete Vancouver as a 15-minute city where residents live a short walk or roll away from daily needs like grocery stores, childcare, shops and services

We will:
- Expand pre-zoning for rental and social housing

- Reform community amenity contributions and other policies to speed up housing development
- Introduce pre-approval for common building types such as laneway homes
