We will complete the Vancouver Plan to:

• Increase the supply of housing close to transit, schools, and jobs
• Allow multiplexes in all neighbourhoods
• Increase the variety of housing options for all income groups and family types
• Add new amenities and services in underserved areas
• Increase housing opportunities for non-profit groups representing diverse communities
• Design people-first streets that prioritize safety and accessibility for pedestrians, cyclists, people with disabilities and transit users
• Complete Vancouver as a 15-minute city where residents live a short walk or roll away from daily needs like grocery stores, childcare, shops and services
